Develop strategy document for key products and drive implementation of strategy in collaboration with Sales and Development team.
Support achievement of Product-wise annual Sales budgets
o Deciding on branding and promotion of target products
Designing and providing campaign inputs i.e. Jeep, Radio, Mass campaign on PAN India basis
Timely delivery of POP material and farmer gifts
To equip the team with Audio Visual tools
To track POP budget and ensure optimum utilization
Field visits for understanding the impact of provided inputs
Benchmarking our POP with that in the market and suggesting next steps
Product survey reports
Effective utilization of farmer database
o Decision on positioning of the focus products e.g. which market/against which competitors' product.
Support MDMs in developing demand generation program and ensure effective implementation.
Provide inputs to the technical team on focus products for interactive crop modules.
Provide analytical inputs to Sales and Development team on regular basis on business status of products.
Provide market and competitive intelligence by studying market trends.
